Parkour is a sport that involves active movement such as running, jumping, climbing and vaulting around obstacles typically through areas in a town or urban location. Not only is Parkour fun, it is also a great form of exercise to strengthen your muscles, build cardiovascular endurance and bone strength, and promote creativity and quick-thinking skills.

However, without proper training and a good understanding of its principles, Parkour can be dangerous and put you at risk of serious injury. This is why it is important to undergo training and consult with your healthcare provider first, especially if you are experiencing medical conditions affecting your movements, before attempting to do Parkour.

If you have any medical concerns or other questions that need to be addressed, make sure to get in touch with Perth Parkour Inc. before joining their classes. You can also book an appointment with your physical therapist or chiropractor to get you cleared for high impact Parkour movements.
